I decided to make my Endurance project very personal. I wanted people to be able to see how difficult something like depression is and that it is not something people do for attention. Depression is often something that goes unnoticed and is very hard to overcome if you are diagnosed with it. I myself have been dealing with depression for quite sometime, so it was easy for me to relate to this project. Being able to make connections to my real life made this particular project very enjoyable and painless. The hardest part was to research all the different stories of depression. All the people that deal with it have so many different stories that just break my heart…nobody should have to deal with something so hard.
