I was surprised at the challenge you put yourself through it is very difficult to accomplish but you did it. Great job finishing and holding yourself accountable by recording all 12 hours.

A connection to my project is that I also tried to look over what I needed to organize in my life (although we did it in different ways). I admire that you would keep stimulus out of your life, similar to when we went to the “no-sense” field experience.

A connection to my own project is we both are reading the same book.

I noticed that you demonstrated the model of linear thinking — having a destination and knowing what steps to take. The idea to teach the organizational method of lists was a great connection to mental endurance.

I noticed that you took a lot of time to thoroughly flush out the entire project in a very effective way. Next time, I would try to summarize a bit more and put the presentation somewhere in the middle of the blog post but overall it’s a very good well thought out project.

In this world hard work is usually how we meet the precedents that we set for ourselves. Frederick Douglas states that this is true, and zach reviews this idea giving good well thought out examples. Leading up to that his dad has the position in the medical field, is a big part of showing how he feels about fredereck’s philosophy.
Zach has had first hand experience and he is able to reflect upon the lectures he has seen in the videos, and the ones he has read in text books. This reflection is important in his reasoning it shows that not only does he have an opinion, but that he also has the first hand experience with the program. Without it he would not be able to give a statement that was well thought out.
