I learned a lot from this study. Firstly, my approach to interview restaurant managers was very challenging. All of the managers I interviewed on the streets were too busy to answer the questions for my study. Many of them required me to schedule a meeting ahead of time.
From the interviews, I learned that it’s much easier to interview people through the phone. I learned that there are a lot of people that spends money at the Sushi Wabi restaurant. I also learned that American restaurants are much cheaper than other ethnic restaurants.
