For disease class, we created a public service announcement(PSA) to understand why a disease spread in Argentina. To complete my goal, I had to do some research online to make sure that my information was reliable and I recorded it in a short podcast. See my Podcast below.

Why does rabies spread in Argentina?

This public service announcement is about rabies in Argentina. First of all, rabies is a viral disease that affects the central nervous system. It is transmitted from infected mammals to man and it is invariably fatal once symptoms appear. In Argentina, rabies are transmitted by cattle and vampire bats. The reason these animals have rabies is because they are born with it and they need to take a vaccine shot to prevent the spread. So you don’t want to have any wild animals into your house or don’t let your pet go outside at night in Argentina.
