In my the global cure class, the students took a field trip to the UIC bio lab to learn more about global health. They went to four different labs and met with four different doctors.
The first lab was the Yeast Lab with Dr.David Stone.The second lab was the mouse lab with Dr. Tien. The third lab was the elegant worm lab with Dr. Pete Okkema. The last lab was engineering bio lab with Dr.Brian Kay
