For our Student Enterprise course, we went to Vosges to investigate marketing and sales strategy.

Definition of Market:
Katrina who is the founder of Vosges, traveled all over the world trying new spices and brought them back to her company. One interesting thing that I also learned is that she has a chocolate bar that is called a “Bacon Bar”.

Description of product/ services:
The product and services they offer is chocolate. Their clients are all kinds of age groups. They has chocolate for people that like meat and people who don’t like meat.

Marketing/ sales strategy:
Katrina goes around the world to get the spices, but she sells the chocolate in different Chicago areas. She communicates her vision of the company, ” Travel the world through chocolate”.
