For our global health cure course, we are examining organs to better understand treatments. We chose frogs because they are similar to humans in some ways. While dissecting a frog I saw it’s lungs, small intestine, liver, and gallbladder.
In our process, we had to find some of the organs and look at them. We looked at the liver. In the human body, understanding the liver is important because it responds to various drugs. The most important part of treatment is to stop using alcohol completely. The drugs are, Sorafenib Tosylate(National Cancer Institution, 10/04/2011).
