In our integrated math and science course, we were assigned to build a car. The purpose of this project was to gain a foundation in physics and energy/movement.
Sketch and design
You wouldn’t believe the amount of ingenuity of kids living in Africa. Born and raised there, my friends and I spent time playing tic-tac-toe and building cars. This is how I got the idea for my car!
Throughout the brainstorming process, we had several field experiences. We went to Grossinger City Toyota and the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) at UIC. I would also like to thank Google search for allowing me to do some research. I would like to thank these two resources, which were extremely helpful and informative.
