For our 162 math and baseball course we had to compare two athletes. I picked Nate Robinson and Joakim Noah who are both NBA athletes on the Chicago Bulls. During this unit we spent a lot of time learning how to use and make graphs. We also interviewed a minor league baseball player; Joe Perona. I had a great time talking to him and learned a lot about the process of getting drafted into to professional or semi professional baseball. During this project I didn’t struggle much, except for remembering to stay focused. It was also helpful to work with my peers and get constructive criticism. All in all I think my project turned out great and am really proud of it.
