Field Experience at Vosges

For our enterprise course we went to Vosges. We investigated their marketing and sales strategies.


One thing I learned about Vosges is that they create an avatar prototype of their target customer. They spend weeks deciding the personality of the person and finding out how to satisfy that person with chocolate. The products are all unique consisting of different spices from all over the world in order to create diversity and variety in their chocolate. They market their product by trying to create chocolate that makes people use all of their senses to experience chocolate. There sales strategy is letting people know their motto, “travel the world through chocolate.”
