Buffalo Mozzarella

Hello! This post is about Buffalo Mozzarella cheese and where it comes from. The purpose of this peice is to expose how our food is treated and how the production of our food effects us, other people, and the future. Through the process of making this project, I have learned that water buffaloes are scary & weight 2,000 lbs and that the process of making food is always extensive. One thing I am proud to see that I have done through this project is that I am proud that I have formed better researching skills due to this project in particular.
